题目：Multiplexed panels for rapid solid tumor profiling
讲座内容简介：Today’s challenge is to evolve biomarkers from discovery to clinical utility. While next-gen sequencing provides an excellent means to discovery, it has limitations in terms of cost and depth of coverage required for confirmation of research hypotheses. A system that can offer a robust, highly sensitive, and orthogonal method for screening larger sample numbers against an established set of candidate biomarkers is highly desired in research and clinical settings. This workshop will focus upon case studies whereby key mid-plex panels have been developed for somatic mutation analysis in solid tumors. Novel approaches for increased sensitivity will also be discussed.
