中山大学附属第六医院位于广东省省会城市广州，地处粤港澳大湾区核心地带，是一所国内知名的以“大专科、强综合”为特色的大型综合性三甲医院，2021起稳居全国三级综合公立医院绩效考核A+序列，2022年跻身全国“百强”。

医院医疗技术力量雄厚，现拥有多个国家和省级临床重点专科，教育部重点实验室、广东省重点实验室，国内最高水平之一的结直肠肿瘤、胃肿瘤会诊诊治中心，胃肠消化体系、生殖医学等学科具有全国影响力，是广东省的一张特色医疗名片。 医院现有员村院本部金融城院区、知识城院区及珠吉院区（在建），构筑“ 一院三区”高质量发展新格局。

The Sixth Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University locates in Guangzhou, the capital city of Guangdong Province, situated at the core of the Guangdong - Hong Kong - Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA). It is a nationally renowned large-scale comprehensive tertiary hospital characterized by "specialized departments and strong general practice."The hospital achieved consecutively an A+ rating  in National Public Hospital Performance Assessments since 2021 and was ranked among the top 100 hospitals in the nation.

The hospital boasts strong medical technical capabilities, currently housing national and provincial key clinical specialties, key laboratories of the Ministry of Education, and key laboratories of Guangdong Province.The hospital serves as a consultation and treatment center for colorectal tumors and gastric tumors, which is among the highest levels in China. National influential disciplines including gastrointestinal digestive system and reproductive have been recognized as a distinctive medical card of Guangdong Province.The hospital currently has the Yuancun headquarters, the Financial City Campus, the Knowledge City Campus, and the Zhuji Campus (under construction), forming a new landscape of high-quality development of "one hospital with three campuses".
